The State Grid Corporation of China is going to stomp on the throat of its own nation's vigor, installing 300 million dangerous, microwave-spewing smart meters by the end of 2015. Well, at least Americans won't be the only lab rats for non-thermal effects. It will give scientists worldwide a much large population to study to death before finally admitting the full impact of the great experiment.
